All orders are processed 48 hours of an order being placed. Our standard shipping charges apply.
OudBase Perfumery cannot accept liability for any taxes, charges or penalties imposed by government authorities, e.g. customs departments. The payment of such charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the oil or wood.
Loss or Damages
In the unlikely event that your oud oil is lost or undelivered, please make use of the courier or postal insurance that every one of our packages is covered by and please let us know the value of the package prior to shipment. If for whatever reason, this does not apply, please contact us to see what other options are available.
Oud is a personal product by its nature and as such, we cannot accept returns for reasons of health and safety as well as our duty to ensure that you receive an unused bottle of oil. If you are unsure about a particular oil or are new to Oud, we recommend that you contact us for samples and we will try our best to accommodate your request depending on the oil in question.
